cardigans and collars always make me feel like a little librarian. not that i mind. got this cute knit-collared cardigan a few days ago and have been loving it! nothing like a zig-zag edge.

day 77: grandma’s pyjama’s
wore my new mink pink floral suit bought this weekend at tabula rasa. i saw this outfit when i went buying with jenn in the dead of winter and i knew i couldn’t wait for it to come in so i could wear the heck out of it. one of my coworkers told me it reminded her of the sound of music curtain playclothes…i liked that comparison. to me it looks like something passed down from a stylish florida granny…which has apparently been the inspiration for a few of my outfits lately. anyways, i love it!

day 76: rainy day garden
i love rainy sundays. today my outfit is the opposite of the weather but waking up to a grey day makes me crave colour.

been so busy i haven’t been posting! tonight i’m wearing lace and amazing clip-ons that dianna gave me.
day 74: memoirs of a geisha
celebrated my dear friend molly’s birthday in this japanese-inspired dress i bought yesterday at tribal rhythm. a great night was had by all and i love this girl to death. kudos to the man friend for snapping some shots of me.

spent today lounging, villaging and getting geared up for the bsb/nkotb concert :)

had a nice, chill friday night in. the evening started getting a little chilly which made me so happy because i could wear my new lamb embroidered sweater!

day 71: early retirement
threw on my pink shorts today and added an awesome turqouise belt. once the classic summer necklace was added i was ready for a holiday in florida!

day 70: dandy lion
spent today indoors, boycotting the grey. i haven’t worn this silky kimono inspired top in a while and i was reminded of it’s greatness.

went to beirut and back last night. hadn’t seen the band live in a few years but they did not dissapoint. that music, above all, is body moving music. i thought this printed top would be good to wear on my travels.

spent yesterday lazing at my boyfriend’s hanging in his cut-off work shirt and amazing hammock. gotta love a three day weekend.

day 65: fairytale
everytime i wear this dress i feel like i’m in a fantasy world. the girls in my fashion camp always compliment it, and i think it’s because it’s like a true girls dream dress. so flowy when you walk, and so airy and delicate…it’s hard not to get caught up in dreams in this dress.

gonna try and get better at posting every day again now that it’s cooled down a bit. stayed after work this week to hem this dress which i’ve been meaning to do for months.
